Spicy 9 is a restaurant in Chapel Hill with delicious Asian fusion cuisine and vibrant atmosphere. Located near UNC’s campus, it is a favorite among students and community members alike. However, Spicy 9 seeks to enhance its digital presence and further engage with its audience through effective social media content, influencer marketing, and a comprehensive website redesign.
The Problem
Despite its popularity, Spicy 9’s digital footprint is outdated and lacks consistent engagement. The restaurant’s social media presence is sporadic, and its website does not effectively convey the vibrant atmosphere and high-quality offerings. Spicy 9 approached 1893 Brand Studio to help elevate its brand and attract more students and community members through improved digital strategies.
The Strategy
1893 Brand Studio proposed a multi-faceted approach focusing on three core areas: social media content creation, influencer marketing, and website redesign. This strategy aims to modernize Spicy 9’s online presence and highlight it as a welcoming, must-visit spot for both students and the local community.
