Before posting anything, you must learn as much as possible about the people you want to reach. What platforms do they spend the most time on? What times of the day are they active online? Who else do they follow? 


Post consistently.

While each platform offers built-in tracking tools, consider investing in unified analytics software to monitor all platforms simultaneously. Key metrics include engagement rates, reach, impressions, follower growth, clicks, comments, shares, saves, video views and reactions. This will allow you to measure the success of each post.
